Are you planning to submit proposals for Horizon Europe open calls? Are you curious to find out more about Horizon Europe funding programme and its opportunities? Then save the date and make sure not to overlook the upcoming Info Days scheduled in September and October!

As the Horizon Europe calls for proposals open up, the European Commission always organises info days dedicated to each cluster, giving prospective applicants and other stakeholders of EU R&I the opportunity to get information and ask questions about the main funding instruments, processes of Horizon Europe – the European Union’s flagship research and innovation program.

 

What to expect from these events?

Horizon Europe Info Days, participants can gain comprehensive knowledge about various call topics and pinpoint the most suitable areas for their ideas. They will receive first-hand guidance on proposal preparation and submission, along with insights into the legal entity validation process. The events offer a unique chance to directly engage with field experts, posing questions related to proposal submission and receiving valuable feedback. Additionally, participants can seize the opportunity to meet potential consortium partners, fostering collaboration and partnership opportunities.

 

Next info days

  • Cluster 2 – Culture, Creativity, and Inclusive Society

This info day aims to inform potential applicants about topics included in the Cluster 2 work programme for 2024. The event will be held on 18 October 2023 online exclusively, followed by a brokerage event dedicated to consortium building. Click here to register!

This info day will be held online on October 11 and 12, 2023. During this 2-day event, speakers will present the call topics, the evaluation process, and the award process, providing an overview of the funding opportunities for the 2024 calls of the Cluster 4 work programme for 2023-2024. The event will be held on 17 October 2023 online exclusively, it will present the research and innovation topics proposed for 2024. The info day will be followed by a virtual brokerage event on 18 October 2023 organised by the GREENET project. Click here to register!

  • Cluster 6– Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture & Environment

The info day will be held in Brussels on 27 and 28 September 2023, with the possibility to attend the event online. Speakers will promote funding opportunities and explain the call topics and the submission procedure. A physical brokerage event will take place on 26 September 2023, the event will gather all relevant stakeholders intending to apply for funding. Click here to register!
