
We at Moverim are looking for experienced collaborators to join our team for remote work (also online), working on the creation of an innovation-based ecosystem that facilitates interaction between PAs, SMEs, Social Enterprises and citizens. The position offers flexibility while contributing to impactful projects in various fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: management of Eu project funds and social innovation projects
- Coordination: Oversee the coordination of service design teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Project Monitoring: Track project timelines, deliverables, and outputs of European projects.
- Content Creation: Develop and draft content for project proposals and reports.
- Tool Development: Create and implement project management tools, including internal monitoring and management systems.
- Budget Analysis: Conduct budget analysis, financial assessments, and renegotiation evaluations.
- Financial Planning: Provide business check-ups in economic and financial fields, and teach budget analysis and financial planning in training sessions.
- Reporting and Communication: Report to the Board of Directors, manage internal communications, and maintain relations with customers, partner banks, and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in project management, and financial analysis.
- Proven track record in writing proposals and working with stakeholders in European projects.
- Ability to manage remote work, collaborate online, and ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Experience in creating tools for project management and financial planning.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with customers and partners.
