The EDIH-PAI (European Digital Innovation Hub – Public Administration Intelligence) project, launched in December 2024, supports the digital and sustainable transformation of citizen-oriented services through Cooperative Enterprises and Social Economy Organizations (SEO) in the regions of Piemonte, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and Valle D’Aosta.
Funded by the Digital Europe Programme and supported by the PNRR, EDIH-PAI aims to strengthen digital skills, promote the co-creation of innovative services, and provide local organisations with access to advanced technologies to improve services and competitiveness.
The project is much more than a technology hub: it provides an integrated platform of services and expertise designed to accelerate digital transition. Its offer ranges from digital maturity assessments to specialized training, from support in accessing European funding to networking activities, and experimentation of innovative solutions with direct citizen involvement. The initiative brings together 19 partners including universities, research centres, technology providers, and social organisations, all working to build an open and collaborative ecosystem.
