The European Commission also announces this year the organisation of the Horizon Europe Info Days, a series of information events dedicated to the different thematic clusters, the EU Missions, and specific programmes such as WIDERA.
The Info Days represent a key opportunity to gain deeper insight into the Work Programme contents, learn about call priorities, understand participation and evaluation procedures, and interact directly with representatives of the European Commission through dedicated Q&A sessions.
These information events are occasionally complemented by brokerage events, structured networking and matchmaking sessions designed to facilitate connections among potential partners and support the creation of consortia in view of submitting project proposals.
The events will take place mainly online, with some sessions held in hybrid format or in person in Brussels, and are open to companies, research organisations, universities, and stakeholders interested in Horizon Europe funding opportunities. Additionally, all events will be recorded, and the recordings will be available afterwards on the dedicated Info Days page.
Below is a list of the main Horizon Europe Info Days announced, with references to the official event pages, where further details can be explored and registration can be completed.
